Delivery
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as PostNL and Deutsche Post (DHL).
Every order includes tracking, so you can follow your package from our facility to your door.
Estimated delivery times (after production is complete)
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 2–6 business days
- Rest of world: 5–12 business days
Custom products (e.g., Tapify Card Custom) require printing and typically need a few extra days before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your location and are calculated at checkout.
Returns & replacements
We want you to be confident in every Tapify product. Our return policy differs depending on whether the product is standard or custom-made.
Non personalized products
If the product is not personalized, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom products
Custom-made products (such as Tapify Card Custom) are produced specifically for you.
Because they cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for these items.
If a custom product arrives damaged, misprinted, or not functioning as expected, contact us within 14 days. We may request a photo or other proof and will arrange a replacement when appropriate.
