Create a vCard with the details you want to share
Enter a first or last name, then add the details someone will need to reach you. For a work contact, that might be your company, work email and phone number. Leave personal details out if you only want people to contact you at work. Include your country code if you share the file internationally. You can also upload an optional contact photo.
Open and share your VCF file
Choose Download vCard and open the VCF file to check the details. Attach it to a follow-up email or message so the recipient can open it in their contacts app and save it.
To share the same details in person, make a vCard QR code.
Try a sample VCF file
Download the sample vCard to try importing Alex Morgan, a fictional contact with a photo. On iPhone, tap the .vcf attachment in an email or message and follow the prompts to save the contact. In Google Contacts on a computer, choose Import, select the file, and confirm. See the vCard import guide for more options.
